She is survived by: her husband Earnest Ray "Mike" Lewis; her son Keith Lewis (Becky); her grandchildren, Elijah and Elaina Lewis; her sisters-in-law, Ann Knott (John) and Mamie Hance; her nephew Michael Knott (Kelly); and her cousin Steve Lewis (Lisa).
