He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lon Ford, Eva Lee and Coy Grooms. He is survived by: his parents, William Grooms and Dorothy Grooms of Newport; his daughters, Allie Grooms Seymour and Emma Grooms of Seymour; his grandmother Mildred Ford of Cosby; and his sister Elizabeth Whittle of Newport. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and other family and friends.
