She was predeceased by: her daughter Glenda Cashen Coker; her granddaughter Hope Marie Green; her great grandchild Lily Hope Reyes; her parents, James Bullington and Berdie Bullington; and her siblings, Beulah Moore, Velma Ball, Bill Bullington, Paul Ruble Bullington and John Robert Bullington.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Cashen of Cosby, Rickey Cashen of Newport and Brenda Cashen Green of Elyrie, Ohio. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two sisters and one brother.
