She is survived by: her husband Ron Samples; her children, Shawn Samples, Shannon Samples and Joe Samples; her mother Patricia Belcher; her stepfather Billy Belcher; and her siblings, Jeff Carol (Lisa) and Donna Dials. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren.
