She was predeceased by: her husband Benjamin Norton; her parents, Roscoe Franklin and Vestena Franklin; her children, Ronnie Lee Norton and Mary Ann Norton; her siblings, George L. Franklin, Dewey Franklin, Oscar Franklin, Clyde Franklin, Betty Parks, Lucille Southerland and Elizabeth Metcalf; her parents-in-law, Roscoe and Mary Ellen Norton; and her daughter-in-law Lynn Norton.
She is survived by: her sons, Benjamin Joseph Norton (Heather) of Newport and Keith Norton of Parrottsville; her siblings, Johnny Franklin of Parrottsville, Barbara Crum of Newport and Vergie Melton of Afton, TN; and her grandchildren, Benjamin Joseph Norton, Jr. and Kaylee Norton.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Smoky Mtn Home Health and Hospice or the Serenity House in Morristown, TN.
