He was predeceased by: his parents, David Francis and Marjorie Francis; and his sisters, Nancy Brady and Davida Kite. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Francis; his daughter Vickie Francis; his granddaughters, Paislee Hammitt and Milee Hammitt; and his sisters, Faye Ivey and Pat Hughes. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
