He was predeceased by: his siblings, L. V. Ottinger, Imogene Schaefer and Geraldine McSween; and his nieces and nephews, Barry Fromm and Marilyn McSween.
He is survived by: his wife Edna Ottinger (Moore) of Parrottsville; his son Larry Ottinger (Lisa); his grandchildren, Sydne Stephens, Gracie Ottinger, Jack Ottinger, Brian Stephens (Breanne) and Landon Stephens (Nicole); his great grandchildren, Mason and Madelyn Stephens; his nieces and nephews, Butch, Judy Ottinger, Susie, Steve Bullock, Lynda, Ted, Marcia Schaefer, Bob and Joan McSween; his uncle Burl; his aunt Edna; and his close friend Burl.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. James Lutheran Church.
