He was predeceased by: his parents, John Raymond and Anna Rhea Starnes; his siblings, Bobby Ray Starnes and Judy Gail Starnes; and his father-in-law Bill Warwick.
He is survived by: his wife Glennita Starnes; his son Travis Starnes (Katrina); his sister Carolyn Starnes Wise; and his grandchildren, Dakota Starnes, Elizabeth Starnes, Alissa Starnes, Chaz Starnes, Brad Antrican and Church.
