He is survived by: his wife Betty Pack; his children, Johnny Perry of Toledo, Williard Jones of Newport, Scott Jones of Newport and Stella Pack of Newport; and his siblings, Jean Luce (Cindy Wheeler), Robert Wheeler (Karen Reed), Richard Black, Sr. of Toledo, OH. and Tammy Pack of Newport. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren.
