He was predeceased by: his son Terry Rollins; his parents, Belvin Rollins and Ruby Rollins; his former wife Isabell Rollins; and his siblings, Elbert Rollins, Jehu Rollins, Opal Ellison and Reba Green.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Rollins; his siblings, Ted Rollins (Brenda) of Monroe, MI, Artha Moody (James) of Newport, TN, Wanda Seals (Ron) of Sevierville and Alma Green (Kenneth) of Newport, TN; and his stepchildren, Charles Bolan, Jean Haggard, Cathy Bishop, JoAnn Whitaker and Wayne Ledbetter.
