He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Foy and Hazel Foy; and his siblings, Ed Foy, James Foy, JoAnn Rains and Pat Grecni.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Yater Foy of Newport; his daughter Lauren Foy of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and his brothers, Rod Foy of Jamestown, TN and Bill Foy of Keller, Texas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
