He was predeceased by: his children, Helen England (Penny) and Mark Scott; his parents, Tooney Scott and Zilla Scott; and his siblings, Clarence Scott, Jackson Scott, Addie Benson, Imogene Boling and Dorothy Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Joann Hale Scott of Newport; his daughters, Elizabeth "Libby" Hixson (CL) of Newport, Pamela Baxter (Russell) of Pensacola and Courtney Purkey (Michael) of Russellville; his granddaughter Kelly Whitt; and his sister Fannie Cameron (Roy) of Newport. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other family and dear friends.
