He is survived by: his wife Reba Pruitt Samples; his daughter Wendy Rankins (Dwayne); his siblings, Louise Dastolfo, Brenda Casazza (Larry), Donna Hall (Ray), Gail Samples, Ted Samples and Roy Samples; his granddaughters, Kelsey Rankins (Katlyn) and Autumn Rankins; and his great grandchild Renley Rankins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
