He is survived by: his wife Judy Arrington Spoon; his stepchildren, Roy Reed, Billy Wayne Ball and Lois Sherwood (Willie) of Greenback; his stepgrandchildren, Kevin Reed of Newport, Bradley Reed of Newport, Josh Farley of Newport, Dylan Farley of Newport, Zacharia Ball of Newport, Thornton Ball of Newport, Brian Owenby of West Virginia, Bill Sherwood and Elizabeth Faye Sherwood; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Cameron Wise, Calvin Wise, Brayden Wilson, Patience Reed and Chloe Wise; and his nephew Steve Riley of Dandridge.
