She was predeceased by: her parents, Willberry Valentine and Ollie Valentine (Lester Stuart); and her sons, James and Willie Stuart. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Gibson of Cosby, Burnett Stuart (Teressia) of Newport and Ellen Crum (Daryl) of Newport; and her siblings, Newell Valentine of Cosby, Elanor Valentine of Cosby and Geraldean Valentine of Cosby. She is also survived by five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
