She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Jerry Cline; her parents, Robert Turner and Nell Turner; her siblings, Reba Dean Turner and Danny Turner; and her siblings-in-law, Beverly Turner, Larry Busler and Junior Waites.
She is survived by: her daughter Starr; her son-in-law Ron Ball; her grandchildren, Ariel Ball and Eli Ball; and her siblings, Brenda Turner, Ellen Busler, Donna Waites and Randy Turner. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
