He was predeceased by: his father Jim Tolbert, Sr.; his stepfather Wayne Rawdon; and his grandparents, Carl, Hilda Coggins, Clyde and Helen Tolbert.
He is survived by: his mother Berneice Coggins Cudzilo (Coggins) of Newport, TN; his brother Carl; and his sister-in-law Jill Tolbert of Sioux, SD.. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and special friends.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Union Cemetery (420 Mineral St, Newport, TN 37821-3900).
