He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lou Mitchell (Jim) and Wayne Cline; and his siblings, Brenda Crumbley and Steve Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Anna Mae Cline; his children, Anna Marie Raines, Teresa Gammons (John), John Dale and Dwayne; his granddaughter Haley O'Pry of Greeneville, Tennessee; his siblings, Johnny Mitchell of Morristown, Tennessee and Linda Harper of Pennsylvania; and also, Roger, Tammy Lewis, Randall and Jessica Freeman.
