She was predeceased by: her husband Arlie Caldwell. She is survived by: her children, Delbert Caldwell of Morristown and Desima Jordan of Northern Virginia; her nephew Robert Caldwell of Newport; and her sisters, Ellen Mattox of Orangeburg and Hazel Floyd of Knoxville. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Jimmie was a homemaker who, before developing Alzheimer's, enjoyed playing guitar, singing, & entertaining at area hospitals and nursing homes. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be addressed to the Alzheimer's Association, located at 9050 Executive Park Drive, Suite A-106 Knoxville, TN 37923.
