He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall James "Tater" and Mary Ruth Rines; and his grandparents, Jefferson and Pearl Rines. He is survived by: his wife Anna Carol; his children, Marshall "Buster" Rines (Vickie), Lisa Stalans (Roger), J. D. Rines, Tiffany Miller and Stevie Miller (Mason); and his grandchildren, Jessica Caldarera, Benjamin Stalans, Megan Rines, Jaylen Moore, Avery Moore, Ryder Miller and Seth Miller.
