He was predeceased by: his father Lonnie Parker Sr.; and his brothers, Arthor Parker and Lonnie Parker Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Parker; his children, T. C. Parker of Newport, E. J. Parker of Newport, Dustin Parker (Ronda) of Newport, Tyler Parker of Newport and Tisha Joyce (Jeremy) of Kodak; his grandchildren, Emily, Cole, Ronny Jade, Liberty Parker and Gabe Joyce; his mother Maggie Parker; his parents-in-law, Charles and Betty Samples; his siblings, Roy Parker, Ellie Parker of Newport, Barbara Campbell of Newport and Tessie Poddum of Detroit, Michigan; his brother-in-law Dale Sprouse (Shelia) of White Pine; and his close friends, Charles Nichols, Snapper Webb (Stephanie), Tayler, Shaine and Levi Webb. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
