He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Clevenger (Scott) and Jessica Nelson; his grandchildren, Mindee Vance, Kyal Clevenger, Paige Sizemore, Alex, Ashton Nelson, Jacob Sizemore and Lakelyn Meck; and his siblings, Billy (Cindy), Jackie Sizemore (Deborah), Faye Carr, Darlene Ogle, Libby Ogle (Dave), Eva Parton (Bill) and Louise Maples. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
