It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Raymond Rathbone of Newport, Tennessee, who passed away on September 19, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Hiawatha Rathbone; and his siblings, Jerry Rathbone, Roger Rathbone, David Rathbone, Donald Rathbone and Jane Rathbone Hicks.
He is survived by: his sister Donna Rathbone (Cosby); and his nieces and nephews, Julia Rathbone, Jennifer Teague (Daxton Teague), Jaxson Rathbone, Jake Hicks, Alan Rathbone and Brent Rathbone. He is also survived by several cousins and several special friends.
