He was predeceased by: his father James F. Fletcher; and his niece Jessica Goins. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Fletcher; his sisters, Mary Gray and Sheree; his brother-in-law Warren Conway; his nephews, Jerrad and Jeremy Arrington; his great-niece Addi Arrington; and his great-nephew Malachi Goins. He is also survived by many uncles, cousins and longtime friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
