He was predeceased by: his parents, Alene Worthington and J. D. Worthington; and his brother Richard Worthington. He is survived by: his nieces, Hayle Arwood (Jose Balderas) of Newport and Sarah Waldroup of Newport; his cousins, Amy Anderson of Asheville, NC, Skylar Gulley of Asheville, NC and Scott Douglas of Cleveland, OH.; and his close friends, Barbara Large, Lois Wilson, Conway Wilson, Jennifer Hurst, Jessie Worthington, Jimmy Worthington, Kelly Waldroup and Michael Waldroup.
