She was predeceased by: her husband William E. "Bill" Lewis; her sons, Chris and Chuck Lewis; and her parents, Malcolm Powers and Estalena Powers.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mickey Powers (Vickie) and Gaynell Proffitt. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, also other family and friends.
