He is survived by: his wife Gladys Parkey; his children, Cynthia Trammell (Steve) and Heywood Parkey, Jr.; his stepchildren, Gilda Cuberson and James Cuberson (Dana); his niece Jannette Cody; and his sister-in-law Nancy Robinson. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; also several nieces, nephews.
