He was predeceased by: his wife Faye Mantooth; his son Hershel Burdette Mantooth; his parents, John N. Mantooth and Ota Burke Mantooth; and his siblings, Rick Mantooth and Joyce Hazelwood.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Saiti (Mauro), Billy Joe Crum (Sabrina), Jackie Blanchard (Steve), Johnny Mantooth (Tosha), Jeannie Payne, Steve Mantooth (Rhonda), Angel Driskill (Randy) and Matt Mantooth (Kayla). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
