He was predeceased by: his parents, Mae Webb and Verlin Herbert Webb Sr.; his sister Marie Townley; and his parents-in-law, Aulene and Ray Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Lydia Anne Moore Webb; his children, Alicia Hartbarger (Brian) and Lindsey Jenkins (Jake); and his grandchildren, Alexis Bagent (Dustin), Cain Marshall and Easton Robinson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Manes Funeral Home Chapel (363 E Main St, Newport, TN 37821). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Union Cemetery (420 Mineral St, Newport, TN 37821-3900).
