He was predeceased by: his former wife Raychel Rogers Manning; his parents, Dexter Manning and Louella Manning; and his siblings, Charles of Paul, J. B., Jimmy, Jack Manning, Mary Ruth Manning Hux and Margaret Manning Green.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice Manning of Newport; his daughter Sheryl Kaye Manning Luttrell (Johnny) of Newport; his granddaughters, Kayla Brown (Brad) and Kerri Haynes (Lynn); his great grandchildren, Katy Bellamy (Logan) and Raychel Haynes (Brock Graham); and his siblings, Ina Manning, Libby Burgess, Tommy Manning and Johnny Manning. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
