He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Shropshire and Mattie Shropshire; and his siblings, Garrie Shropshire and Judy Duncan. He is survived by: his caregiver Kristi Burns (Travis); his son Tommy Shropshire of Newport; his brother Wallace Shropshire (Jean); his granddaughter Haley Burns; and his aunt Audrey Shropshire.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Manes Funeral Home Chapel (363 E Main St, Newport, TN 37821). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dandridge Memorial Gardens (845 E Hwy 25 70, Newport, TN 37821).
