He is survived by: his wife Judy Taylor; his children, Phillip Taylor and Anissa Williams (Chuck); his siblings, Elmer Taylor (Judy), Bonnie Venerable (Ralph) and Marilyn Hines; his grandchildren, Alex Anders, Sabonna Williams, Amber Anders, Sydni Campbell and Ashlyn Dalton; and his great grandchildren, Addy Watson, Ally and Bryley Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to First Baptist Church Building Fund, 261 E. Broadway, Newport, TN 37821.
