He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Brown and Ima Brown; and his parents-in-law, Marvin and Ada Dean of Pennington Gap, VA. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Dean Brown; his children, Russell Brown (Diana) and Kelly Miranda (David); his grandchildren, Laura Brown, Stephanie, Kristen, Alexis and Michael Miranda; his sister Betty Jean King; his niece Nancy Raines; his nephew Mike Moore; and his cousins, Phyllis Gentry and Tip Brown. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
No public service will be held due to COVID-19.
