She was predeceased by: her husband Emory Overholt; her children, Twilla Hughes and Larry Overholt; her son-in-law Roger Holt; her granddaughter Whitney Leigh Ann Holt; her parents, Marion Frank Samples and Hellen Hendricks Samples; and her sisters, Eva Parish, Beulah Anderson and Nellie Pearl Samples.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Hurst (Kenneth) of Newport, Lenora Holt (Alvin Fox) of Newport, Emma Buckner (Dale) of Bybee and Crystal McAfee (Sean) of The Colony, TX; her son-in-law Rex Hughes of Bybee; and her great-niece Trina Overholt. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces.
