He is survived by: his wife Willie Dean Mack of Talbott; his children, George Mack, III (Cetessa) of Morristown and Kenya Black (Shawn); his siblings, Dewey Mack of Newport, Timothy Mack of Atlanta, James Pruitt (Gloria) of Newport, Donna Mack-Bellamy of Arizona and Gale Mack of Atlanta; his sister-in-law Janette Mack of White Pine; and his grandchildren, Alizay Mack, Keshaen Black and Kellan Mack.
