He was predeceased by: his parents, Oatis Morefield and Flora Morefield; his daughters, Donna Evans and Debbie Hannah; his grandson Johnathan Hensley; and his sisters, Martha Gossett, Christine Byrd and Susan Lamb.
He is survived by: his daughter Denese Mooneyham (Jimmy); his granddaughter Kristy Evans; his great grandchild Mollie Hensley; his siblings, Bill "Bud" Morefield, Maurice "Toots" Cody and Edna Monday (Ronnie); his son-in-law Farren Hannah; and his close friends, Leon Wells, Charlie Queen, Brenda Hazelwood and Sissy Hoffmaster.
In recognition of the continuing pandemic, face coverings and social distancing are encouraged for those in attendance.
