He was predeceased by: his parents, James Swafford and Imogene Swafford; and his siblings, Gail Stafford, Betty Jean Wothers and James J. Swafford.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Swafford; his brothers, Ronald J. Swafford (Sherry) and William E. Swafford (Patricia); his sister-in-law Theresa Swafford; and his cousins, Joyce Lort and Lisa Matsinger. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
