She was predeceased by: her husband Maurice Jack Phillips; and her parents, William D. Harkleroad and Evelyn Rhea Harkleroad. She is survived by: her daughter Katie Parsons; her half-siblings, Jerry, Gale Harkleroad and Sylvia Martin; and her cousin Patricia Quillen.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
