She was predeceased by: her parents, Burnett Cutshaw and Stella Cutshaw; her husband Oscar Coggins; her daughter Tammy Mae Toby Hall; and her brother James Burnett Ellison.
She is survived by: her children, Ann, Michelle and R. B. Toby; her grandchildren, Tiffany, Ashley, Amber, Abe, Lewis, Danny Ray, James, David Scott and Justin; her brother Arthur; and her son-in-law Danny Lee Hall. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, & friends.
