He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Owens and Noblee Owens; and his brother Everett Owens. He is survived by: his siblings, Tommy Owens of Newport, James Owens of Greeneville, Betty Powell, Doria Webb and Wanda Owens of Newport; and his half-brothers, Darrell and Bobby Hensley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
