He was predeceased by: his wife DeLois Fine Laws; and his daughters, Phyllis Laws Zanzano and Janice Laws. He is survived by: his son Ralph Laws (Susan) of Seymour; his grandchild Carlee Laws Parker (Drew); his great grandchild June Elizabeth Parker of Seymour; his nephew Dwayne McAlister; and his cousin Ronnie Clevenger of Newport.
