She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Ellison and Bessie Ellison (Edward "Bud" Caldwell); her son Edward "Puggy" Caldwell, Jr.; and her siblings, Fred Ellison, Jr., Jay Ellison, George Ellison of Charles Ellison, R. C, L. D. Ellison, Irene Hartsell, Wanda Winters and Rosalee Ellison.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy Caldwell and Jackie Caldwell (Dorothy); her grandchildren, Caney Caldwell, Allie Helton (Jacob), Mary Caldwell, Cheyanne Caldwell, Crystal Jones and Jeramy Caldwell (Cortnee); and her great grandchildren, Nate, Maddie, Emmie Caldwell, Brandi Brew, Bryson, Jacey Jones and Nathan Scott Caldwell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family members.
