He was predeceased by: his wife Jerusha Reece Campbell; his parents, Hobart Campbell and Lucille Holt Campbell; his children, David J., Jeffery Campbell and Susan Campbell; his siblings, Don Campbell, Hazel Pollard (Earl), Polly Campbell Wheeler (R. J.) and Sue Campbell Kolar (Ray); and his grandsons, Phil Shropshire and Justin Campbell.
He is survived by: his daughter Yuvonda Campbell Seal; his grandchildren, Jennifer Campbell, Kayla Campbell (Lil Bit), Kris Brooks, Ben Brooks, Doug Shropshire and Mikie Campbell; and his daughters-in-law, Pamela Keller Campbell and Paula Keller Campbell. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
