He is survived by: his children, Anita Boyd-Otis of Orange City, FL, Randy Smith (Shelley) of Deland, FL, Gene Smith (Paula Davis) of Deltona, FL, Laurie Bates (Ben) of Scottsboro, AL and Jennifer Cutshaw (Steve) of Newport. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
