She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Ellison and Lillie Payne Ellison; her parents-in-law, Charlie E. and Juanita Templin; her brother Johnny Ellison; and her siblings-in-law, Walter O'Dell, Gene Templin, Patsy Foland, Sue Collier, Leona Ellison and Diane Ellison.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Templin; her son Jimmy Guy Smith; her grandsons, Adam and Andy; her siblings, Violet O'Dell, LeRoy Ellison (Octavia) of Newport and Clearance Ellison of South Carolina; her siblings-in-law, Dale Templin of Rutledge and Violet Templin of Asheville; and her daughter-in-law Nadine Smith. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
