She was predeceased by: her son Todd Jenkins; and her parents, Herbert Epley and Wonell Epley. She is survived by: her husband Roger Dale Jenkins of Newport; her daughters, Tammy Valentine of Newport, Sherry Watson of Newport and Trish Jenkins of Johnson City; and her siblings, Rhonda Lindsey of Newport and Jimmy Epley of Morristown. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Union Cemetery (420 Mineral St, Newport, TN 37821-3900).
