She is survived by: her siblings, Larry Francis (Carolyn), Patricia Hughes of Newport and Fay Ivy of Newport; her niece Vickie Francis; and her friend Jamie Welch of Newport. She is also survived by nephews, great nieces and great nephews, cousins and friends.
