He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Whitlock, Ashley Fox (Stephen), Mandy Whitlock, Jason Whitlock and Emily James (Duane); his grandchildren, Callie Whitlock Frisbee, Allison Fox, Baileigh Martin, Waylon Fox, Easton Whitlock, Kinleigh Whitlock and Ryker Martin; his siblings, Marty Whitlock, Charlotte Ray (Peachie), Susan Hance (Jimmy), Sheila Fox, Jr. (Buddy) and Janice Bell, Jr. (Dallas); his brother-in-law Pud Valentine; and his close friends, Chris Huskey and Jeff Barnes.
