He is survived by: his children, Jessica Messer, Jacob Baxter and Jordan Baxter; his grandchildren, Leah Messer, Ally Messer and Will Messer; his siblings, Russell Baxter and Lisa Baxter; his uncle Stanley "Shag" McNabb; and his aunt Linda Clevenger. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
