He is survived by: his wife Kim Worex; his children, Tammy O'Dell (Eddie) and Daniel Worex (Christian); his stepdaughter Jessica Williams; his brothers, Rocky Worex (Lori) and Rick Worex (Mary); his grandchildren, Ethan Murrell (Courtney), Lucas Murrell, Eli Murrell (Montana), Victoria Worex, Mason Worex, Carissa Phillips and Natalie Presnell; his great grandchildren, Aspyn, Drew, Amelia, Aiden and Millie Jane; his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Kyker (Gary) and Judine Oakley; and his nieces and nephews, Rocky Joe Worex (Lora), Travis Worex, Shawna Worex, Lori Worex, Katlyn Worex and Kayla Worex.
